They were steadfast on finding a property that could be transformed into their sustainable dream home or one that had already undergone such renovations. Then, add into the scenario, the need to sell their investment property beforehand to make this all happen. We took the time to inspect many properties whilst J & J’s investment was being sold. Once it was sold, we were full steam ahead and in just a matter of weeks, J & J’s environmentally friendly dream home was secured.
